Are you a hands-on worker who enjoys being outdoors and doesn’t shy away from physical tasks? This is your chance!

We are looking for motivated construction site assistants for various building projects across the Netherlands. You will support skilled workers, help maintain a clean and safe worksite, and assist with preparation tasks on location.

Experience is a bonus but not required if you are motivated and eager to learn, we’ll provide guidance and support on the job.

What You’ll Do

• Assist carpenters, masons, concrete workers, or site managers
• Transport, organise, and clean materials and tools
• Carry, sort, and prepare construction materials
• Keep the site tidy and safe
• (If experienced) perform small manual and measuring tasks
• Always work according to safety regulations

Your Profile

• You are physically fit and enjoy outdoor work
• You’re proactive and like working with your hands
• You are punctual, reliable, and organised
• You hold a Basic VCA certificate (or are willing to obtain one)
• A driver’s license (B) is required; your own transport is a plus
