Then this is your next challenge! We are looking for motivated construction site assistants for various building projects across the Netherlands. You will support skilled workers, help maintain a clean and safe worksite, and assist with preparation tasks on location.

TM Construction BV is a small but rapidly growing construction company based in the Netherlands. We specialise in high-quality concrete works, earthworks and general construction projects. Our portfolio ranges from commercial construction to infrastructure projects. 

Location: The Netherlands

Industry: Construction / Civil Engineering / Infrastructure 

Salary: Competitive, based on experience 

Language: Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

What will you be doing?

• Assist carpenters, masons, concrete workers, or site managers
• Transport, organise, and clean materials and tools
• Carry, sort, and prepare construction materials
• Keep the site tidy and safe
• (If experienced) perform small manual and measuring tasks
• Always work according to safety regulations

What will you bring?

• You are physically fit and enjoy outdoor work
• You’re proactive and like working with your hands
• You are punctual, reliable, and organised
• You hold a Basic VCA certificate (or are willing to obtain one)
• A driver’s license (B) is required; your own transport is a plus
• Experience is a bonus but not required if you are motivated and eager to learn, we’ll provide guidance and support on the job.
