Are you an experienced professional who can keep oversight on-site and knows how to motivate a team? Then this is your next challenge! We’re looking for a Foreman with strong technical insight and natural leadership for various concrete construction projects.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating site activities, leading workers, and ensuring that quality, planning, and safety standards are consistently met.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate all concrete-related activities on-site
• Supervise and support carpenters and construction assistants
• Read and interpret technical drawings and translate them into practice
• Monitor timelines, safety standards, and workmanship quality
• Communicate effectively with site managers and other stakeholders

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a foreman or lead worker in concrete construction
• Strong communication skills and natural leadership qualities
• In possession of VCA VOL and a valid driver’s license (B)
• Independent, solution-oriented, and reliable
