Then this is your next challenge! We are looking for a driven Project Engineer professional to join our team in diverse Dutch projects, specifically focusing on the dynamic environment of Amsterdam/Schiphol.

TM Construction BV is a small but rapidly growing construction company based in the Netherlands. We specialise in high-quality concrete works, earthworks and general construction projects. Our portfolio ranges from commercial construction to infrastructure projects.

What will you do?

As an Operations Coordinator at TM Construction, you are indispensable from start to finish on multiple dimensions.

Technical Execution
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and work methods
• Set out works 
• Monitor and control construction quality in line with project specs
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site

Quality & Compliance
• Carry out and document quality inspections and testing (ITP)
• Ensure work complies with Dutch building regulations and project-specific requirements
• Maintain quality records
• Liaise with client inspectors and third-party quality controllers

Planning & Progress
• Monitor daily progress against the project schedule
• Report deviations and coordinate corrective actions with the site manager
• Contribute to short-term (6-week lookahead) planning

HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
• Enforce compliance with the V&G plan
• Conduct toolbox meetings and site safety inspections
• Report and investigate incidents and near-misses

Administration & Reporting

• Computer literacy (Excel profficiency)
• Maintain site diaries and daily logs
• Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information)
• Support change order and claim documentation
• Coordinate material deliveries and plant resources

Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives
• Coordinate with Schiphol operational teams for access and possessions
• Attend site meetings and produce minutes/action logs

What will you bring?

• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience as an Operations Coordinator/Site Supervisor, preferably within civil infrastructure.
• Strong affinity with and knowledge of structural concrete and civil works.
• A sharp eye for technical details and proficiency in reading technical drawings and documents.
• Eager to learn, proactive, flexible, and a true team player.
• A structured approach and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
