About the Project

The pride of Leeuwarden, SC Cambuur, is getting a brand-new home and TM Construction BV is proud to play a part in bringing it to life.

In early 2023, as the stadium’s roof and façade began to take shape, the most critical foundation work was already underway. The kind of structural groundwork that remains hidden but is essential for the stadium’s strength, function, and longevity.

Commissioned by Sessink Betonwerken BV and in close collaboration with Nerom Industrial BV, TM Construction BV was responsible for the complete installation and finishing of the prefabricated concrete structure of the Cambuur Stadium.

Scope of Work

Our role included the offloading, positioning, and alignment of all precast concrete elements, including columns, beams, wall panels, and floor slabs. In full accordance with structural design drawings and tolerances. Key tasks included:

• Precise setting out and levelling to ensure structural integrity
• Installation sequencing and coordination with the main contractor and other trades
• Grouting of joints and connections using certified non-shrink grout for full load transfer
• On-site logistics for safe and efficient crane lifting and placement
• Quality control and tolerance checks during placement
• Final handover of completed structural zones to follow-on trades
