TM Construction was appointed by TSL as the formwork and concrete specialist subcontractor for various structural and finishing packages on the Manual Warehouse and Visitor Centre development. The works included:

  • Construction of a 54 m long, 2 m high, 200 mm thick reinforced concrete retaining wall for the Manual Warehouse.

  • Installation of the Temporary MV Diablo base and wall slabs, comprising a 2 m × 1.2 m × 200 mm base slab, 2 m high walls, and a 200 mm reinforced concrete top slab.

  • Full delivery of the Visitor Centre platform, including Comflor metal deck installation, reinforcement placement, and pouring and finishing of a 200 mm structural concrete slab.

  • Application of 3,000 m² of intumescent paint to structural steel columns and fire-stopping of 132 penetrations for mechanical and electrical services.

  • Site-wide cleaning and logistics support for project handover.

The project was completed on schedule and with zero accidents or incidents, demonstrating TM Construction’s commitment to safety, quality, and reliable delivery across all phases of work.
